We had him and his team take a completely unfinished basement with concrete floors and walls to a fully finished well lit, temperature controlled, living space with full kitchen and bathroom. My wife and I have used Ayran several times remodeling our rentals and our personal residence. He has always done exceptional work and is very easy to get along with. Ayran stands behind his work too. I have never had a problem that wasn't easily resolved. He always calls or texts me back in a timely manner. I fully recommend AHI for any job you might have. Ayran and his son, Junior, were wonderful to work with! They were respectful, professional and fair. We are pleased with the quality of work done in our home and will definitely reach out in the future when we need more work done. It's hard to find an honest contractor, but Ayran delivered!
