The treatment was amazing, the masseuse was good and professional but the facilities are no longer up to standards and the price considering the state of the infrastructure is ridiculous. I am a fanatic of SPA’s and treatments and have been in them all over the world, even to very exotic and expensive places, this one tops the list of least bang for the buck!

Attended the spa on 12/27 for a treatment. Treatment was great - Spa was clean and masseuses were top notch. Very impressed. At the end of massage spent some time in the Steam / Sauna which was similar amazing.
After finishing walked out to the reception to finalize the bill. When I booked the appointment no estimated price had been given (a little weird as usually they give you a quote but all good). Finalizing the quote I was told the total was $292.80. No bill was presented or option presented to provide gratuity.
The next day I was charged again for $292.80 bringing the total to $585.60. I called the Spa just to get clarification and ask for a receipt - they never answered (three calls) and eventually called back leaving a message noting gratuity and that I had been wrongly charged originally.
Overall while the massage and quality of services was great a spa of this caliber and price point should have admin processes of much higher caliber. My local spot which is a 1/4th the price manages their books and records better than this place. I will not be going back post this experience in Vail.

The spa is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed, with excellent facilities. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making me feel well taken care of. Highly recommend this relaxing spot for anyone looking for top-notch service in a serene environment!

Me and my mom went here for a girls day. Wonderful resort. Some of the best massages we ever had. Lots of amenities.The only thing I’d say about this place is they need better front desk staff. When we originally called to book the massages the lady was rude and annoyed when we were asking questions.We also had a 10am massage. They told us numerous times to be there 15 min early. And they didn’t open the doors until 10am… nobody was there to let us in early. If we had a 11am massage it would have been a different experience. The resort needs better planning & preparation on that.Other than that - we will be back. And everyone besides the front desk staff went above & beyond and exceeded expectations

Excellent experience!! My family had 2 couples massages and 2 facials and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Everything was perfect, including the helpful, cheerful staff, the incredible services, beautiful lounge areas and locker rooms and epic amenities. We will sooooo be back!

This was a really nice spa and massage location. The staff was super friendly and the amenities were plentiful.The massage was received was nice but not as deep or thorough as I would have liked. I enjoyed exploring the spa and wellness center.The initial quote over the phone for a couples massage was around ~400ish but in the end was charged ~600ish. The front desk manager said it was something with taxes but I paid. I was on my honeymoon and didn't want to argue about it.
