If you’re considering going to a spa for a massage, reconsider and book with Ms. Tiffany instead. She is incredible. After 4 days of skiing and snowboarding, we were trying to find some muscle relief and found her through a quick Google Search. She came to our villa and brought a beautiful set up to turn our room into an oasis. She made the experience so comfortable. Her hands are like magic, no more soreness and we’re ready to ski for the rest of our trip. I wish I could rate her 10 stars!!!

Beyond pleased with Dan’s detailing skills! He’s very knowledgeable about all things car washing. He’s also extremely pleasant and friendly. He makes booking very easy and spends a long time making sure the car is perfect. Very impressed, will definitely be booking with him again and again!

Had the best experience at Vail Stables! We did Bear Hollow with our two young children and Liv was an amazing guide. She handled our daughter with ease as she got nervous on some inclines and declines. They paired our horses perfectly to our entire family and the two carrying our kids (Taco and Joker) were the sweetest and most gentle creatures. Liv was also full of information about the area and nature we were walking through. 10/10 worth every penny!
Agree with others that scheduling took some time but the workers were polite and professional.
The entire house painting was meticulous and expertly done.
And they were cheaper than other quotes.

Susanne is such a blessing to me! You can tell she really loves people and wants the best for them. She has amazing hands with perfect pressure and is always aware of your body, emotions and well being. She will melt you like buttaaaa! I am very picky about my massages and she by far is the best!

Lydia gave an authentic and amazing thai massage. Hard to find in the mountains! She explained each step of the process clearly and how it would help my neck and shoulder tightness. Will definitely be getting another massage soon.

My facial with Debbie was terrible. Especially at this price point. She didn’t deserve the $35 mandatory tip, that’s for sure. She massaged my face when the product was too dry, stretching out my skin, ouch! Bumped the table when she was trying to maneuver around a couple times, it just felt like she was rushing through the steps. She was loud washing her stuff in the sink during the facial, just careless IMO. The facial massage was odd, felt like I could’ve had a better facial at a beauty school. I know she does nails, maybe she’s better at that? Not trying to be rude, it was just so disappointing. I hope this review helps someone else.

Vail Spa is a great option for staying in Vail. Personally, I like that it’s not right in the middle of Vail Village or Lionshead, but it’s only a short walk or bus ride to get those spots. No other place has the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub options, a private tennis court, covered parking, and very spacious rooms. The staff is also very friendly as well. Couldn’t recommend Vail Spa enough for a winter or summer getaway.
We HIGLY RECOMMEND Reliable MC!!! We needed a dishwasher replaced that had been, unfortunately, trapped in place with wood floor that must've been installed after the dishwasher. Reliable MC tech, Jacob, did a great job troubleshooting all the options and was able to get this old dishwasher out and installed a new one without having to remove floor boards. This was a tricky install as they had to work around the wood floor but they accomplished this and did a great job. I highly recommend this company for the professional staff along with ability & willingness to go above and beyond to take care of us!!

Luxury spa vibes! I’ve been several times and never spent less than $1600 for 2 for a day at the spa but it’s well worth it! If you are trying to save money, this isn’t your spot but if you’re trying to pamper and spoil yourself and your significant other than this is THE place!
I loved my dip manicure I got here! It lasted 3.5 weeks!(yes I should have gotten them done again sooner but I got busy) but they lasted and looked great! And my natural nails were still healthy when I took the nails off!! And they are very fairly priced!
Carrie was amazing. I had a facial treatment. Hydro facial, dermatology plane add on foot treatment. She was so thorough, never have I had such attention to my whole face. I hope to book again with you. I was little miffed when the spa tub was down for maintenance but Carrie more than made up for it.
I only have good things to say about Gravity Haus and Dryland Fitness. This review is specifically for Emily. She works at the front desk and contributes to great events! Her ability to handle difficult situations is unmatched. I witnessed her professionalism, patience and positive demeanor on multiple occasions. She’s wonderful!

Great rooms, amenities, and staff. My family and I had the best time. We enjoyed the pools, sauna, and hot tub. The pizza shop attached was s positive bonus.
Amazing spot. Had a little hiccup at the beginning with billing due to hotels.com but on-site manager was able to get it resolved. Great location, vibe, rooms and gym/spa area. Loved it!
Andrew helped me today and was super knowledgeable. Went in for replacement filters but just from looking at my serial number he knew the model, year, and all sorts of maintenance tips. I left very impressed.
This hotel is perfect for family trips! The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient — they handled every issue right away. At first, there was a problem with our room key, but the hotel immediately arranged two temporary rooms for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The service was truly top-notch. It’s also very pet-friendly, which made our stay even better. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall environment of the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. Plus, it’s located very close to the town, so everything is super convenient. Definitely a place I’d recommend and would love to stay at again!
