“Deep Roots located inside (downstairs) of Evergreen Lodge. It is not part of Evergreen Lodge. We are allowed to use Hot Tub & Sauna inside Evergreen Lodge as part of agreement booking massage therapy with Deep Roots. Unfortunately, we did not realize it is NOT FULL SPA SERVICE. Therefore, robes, slippers or lockers are not provided. Only towels are provided. So, we did not have an enjoyable relaxing experience prior to our massages. As for massage therapists, she did excellent treatment. Which is the reason I only gave 4 star review“

“Me and my mom went here for a girls day. Wonderful resort. Some of the best massages we ever had. Lots of amenities.The only thing I’d say about this place is they need better front desk staff. When we originally called to book the massages the lady was rude and annoyed when we were asking questions.We also had a 10am massage. They told us numerous times to be there 15 min early. And they didn’t open the doors until 10am… nobody was there to let us in early. If we had a 11am massage it would have been a different experience. The resort needs better planning & preparation on that.Other than that - we will be back. And everyone besides the front desk staff went above & beyond and exceeded expectations“

“I loved my dip manicure I got here! It lasted 3.5 weeks!(yes I should have gotten them done again sooner but I got busy) but they lasted and looked great! And my natural nails were still healthy when I took the nails off!! And they are very fairly priced!“
