Lydia gave me one of the best massages I have ever had! She is so knowledgeable about anatomy and trigger points and even concussion treatments. I had pain in my shoulder, back, and neck area for 4 days, worsening each day, and her massage made it all go away. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
I booked a couples massage for my husband as a part of our rest day/ acclimation to the altitude and we both agreed it was the best massage we’ve ever received. I had an area of concern that I’ve seen multiple MTs about and had not gotten relief until this massage. They were also professional, courteous, and accommodating. Would recommend 100 times over.
