I was recommended J. Cotter Studio for our wedding rings and the whole experience was incredible. They were so hands on throughout, working to ensure the final product would be what we wanted it to be. The whole team at J. Cotter are great but I specifically worked closely with Kwan on my wedding ring, she was so gracious as I was working with her and provided the best service and communication. The experience of designing and crafting our wedding bands with the team is something I will always remember from our months of wedding planning. We are so in love with our rings and I will absolutely go to J. Cotter Studio in the future for other jewelry needs.
We were having problems with our AO Smith tankless water heater. Parts were under warranty, but the service company charged so much last time it was repaired I decided it would be best to buy a new one.I teach Construction Management at UVU. We done site visits at Peterson Plumbing Supply in the past. In the process, I got to know Ben Johnson as a person who is very knowledgable and that I knew would give me good advice.Ben said it would be best if he could come out and look at my space and gas line constraints and recommend the best tankless heater for my needs. He came out the next morning. I had installed the previous unit myself, but we have renters in the basement and I am too slow. He recommended Scott Burnett, owner of Burnett Plumbing. Scott came the next day and did the cleanest install I have ever seen. He is not only a licensed master plumber by certification, he is a MASTER PLUMBER by the quality of his work.I had to leave to run some errands, so my wife worked with them. She said they were the "nicest guys" and were clean, curteous and efficient. So to make this whole transaction extra sweet, when Ben was looking at the space, I told him my wife hasn't been super thrilled about me removing our water softner to free up space. I told him I really didn't like the environmental impacts of all of that salt ending up in Utah Lake either. He said that is really outdated technology anyhow and he told me about a "water conditioner" that not only softens without salt, they make one that has a carbon filter that does our entire home. They made me a great offer if they were to install it at the same time.My wife and I are so pleased with both Ben for equipment recommendations and Scott for such a great install, we would recommend them HIGHLY and will always call Burnett Plumbing first for any plumbing needs! We can't say enough about JSP, they have been SO helpful and have gone above and beyond to assist with our water heater. The communication and response time has been on point. We have been working with Whitney (office) and Drew (plumber) and they have both done a phenomenal job!! I can't thank them and their team enough for their patience and understanding.
