His assessment/advice was thorough yet concise and easy to understand. He did not try to oversell whatsoever, and even said that it wasn’t an urgent issue but told me what to look out for. “Garret and Skye and their crew did a tear off and re-roof of my home in one day. The materials were delivered when promised and the re-roofing started early and continued throughout the day until completed. The work site was left clean and undamaged. The city building inspector declared the work “perfect” and we agree. Garret secured the Letter of Completion to close out the roof permit and promptly completed the homeowners insurance certification for a possible premium reduction. These guys are tops.“

“About a year ago, Wood Street resided our 20 year old home. The crew worked diligently and with a great attitude. It was the first week of January and the temperature was 8 degrees outside.A crew member knocked on the door to inform me a sheathing board under the housewrap was wet. (I work from home and was on site most of the time.) They asked me if I wanted it to be replaced. I appreciated being told about the problem, and they took care of it the next day.Several months later, we built a pole barn garage and asked Wood Street to side the garage to match the house. With both projects, David kept me informed about the schedule as things progressed. I valued being kept informed.While the garage project was going, there were a couple of maintenance items related to the house residing from a year earlier.
