Called Tom to have him come out to look at something that I thought could be an issue. Sent him some pictures and he told me that in his opinion, it was not something to worry about. He then proceeded to educate me on why it wasn’t an issue and even suggested some things for me to do if it bothered me aesthetically. Talk about going above and beyond.
