I called Window and Siding Outlet and they had a price (that was very competitive) and availability (build and install 4-6 weeks on the custom window) within hours and so we also included a sliding patio door to replace our drafty French doors. Everyone I dealt with through the process including showroom staff, the owner directly, and the installers were very knowledgeable, helpful, easy to work with, and just genuinely great people. The materials were delivered when promised and the re-roofing started early and continued throughout the day until completed. The work site was left clean and undamaged. The city building inspector declared the work “perfect” and we agree. Garret secured the Letter of Completion to close out the roof permit and promptly completed the homeowners insurance certification for a possible premium reduction. These guys are tops.“

“About a year ago, Wood Street resided our 20 year old home. The crew worked diligently and with a great attitude. It was the first week of January and the temperature was 8 degrees outside.A crew member knocked on the door to inform me a sheathing board under the housewrap was wet. (I work from home and was on site most of the time.) They asked me if I wanted it to be replaced.
