It was really great to have an attendant available to speak to. I was dropping off my baptismal outfit to be cleaned for my granddaughter so I just wanted to speak to someone for reassurance. It was a great experience.
Drop off was easy. However, I changed the time I needed to pick up, and total price was not adjusted. 12 items costs $180+ just to wash/press. So no customer service response to my request to change my pick up time and no change in the cost.
