I wanted to thank Burke for all the hard work they did on my order. I dropped off two goose down comforters and a duvet cover that they were nice enough to remove the insert from because I had forgotten to.

The 24/7 automated process was really cool, fast and easy. It did drop my dress shirt on the ground when it delivered it and I had to reach into the glass booth to pick it up off the floor. - 1 star for that.
