Even though everything is mostly automated now, the employee in back is always very friendly and welcoming, asking if you need any help. I misplaced my phone, and she offered to call it. She really went the extra mile!

The Windsor attendants are always so welcoming though the drop off and pick up procedures are automated. The automated process is super simple and convenient though! Formal dresses are returned with cardboard forms that help them keep their shape. Text alerts remind us to fetch our clothes. Burke is a great resource and we highly recommend

They said they would send me a text when my clothes were ready for pickup but it never arrived. I had to go on the app to see if my clothes were ready. Cleaning job was great. Clothes looked perfect. This is the second time now that there was no notification.
