And then he went above and beyond, advising me on another appliance that wasn't in the original service request. My dryer also was not functioning properly, and I assumed it was time to replace it. He explained how it would make more sense to just replace one element, which fixed the problem and saved me a lot of money. Offered any assistance right away and were able to walk around look and get some suggestions then make our selection and paid a good price to bundle washer and dryer with new foam tempurpedic bed with pillows.
