Steve is not only good at what he does, but just a good person. I will go to him for any and all appliance repairs in the future. He went above and beyond to fix our dryer. He made us feel like a priority. Thank you so much Steve. PS.. Go chiefs!

5 Stars Isn't Enough!So, on Christmas Eve, our dryer stopped working. We knew we were just going to deal with it until after the holiday, so of course by the time we started looking for help with the project on 12/26, it was suddenly a top priority in our day.I should start by saying that we certainly expected for a service-person to be a few days out, and we would have understood if no one was available on December 26th at all.I called 5 places. My son recently bought a used washer and dryer. The dryer ended up not working and I am so glad I called Steve at Red Van Repair. I called in the morning, and he met my son that same afternoon! Steve was so prompt and courteous and got right to the diagnosis of the problem. Went ahead and kept price in mind and offered to rebuild the part instead of springing for a more expensive part. Steve was quick, knowledgeable and was amazing to work with. His card is on mine and my son's fridge from here on out. He's definitely going to be called to help out again!!
