Our Company has used many appliance repair technicians and we found a gem in Steve. His knowledge is so far above your typical tech and we trust him completely. On top of that, he’s honest in his diagnoses and recommendations, and quick to respond.

Our Whirlpool washing machine recently stopped working, so we called Steve to schedule a repair. When we connected, he asked a few questions about what was going on with the machine and let us know that, for the machine we have, Whirlpool currently has a recall and is offering free repairs for the issue. We really appreciated Steve's recommendation to give Whirlpool a call because they did, indeed, fix the issue for free and now the machine is back up and running! Thank you, Steve, for being so ethical and honest!! We will definitely be calling Steve for future appliance repair needs!

I called Red Van regarding a relatively new freezer that I had stop working. He was super helpful and honest and gave me several pieces of advice to save me money that wouldn't result in a cent for him. I was so appreciative of his honesty and help, you can bet the next time I have an appliance go out, he will be my first call.
