Steven was simply wonderful to work with in our home. We had a washer flood and he showed up the same day we called. It took a fair amount of time to find the culprit, but he was patient and and found the leak. He ordered the part, had it delivered the next day and installed it within 20 minutes of his arriving again. If all repairmen were this pleasant and good at what they do, it would be a better world. I would absolutely, without hesitation recommend Red Van and Steven to anyone that needs an appliance repair.

Steve was a tremendous help and went above and beyond fixing our dishwasher. He even took the time to help us possibly figure out what the issue was over the phone. Very knowledgeable, professional and provided a detailed service that’s hard to come by. Also, as a smaller local company he answered the phone and you weren’t given the run around by all these larger companies who pretend to be a ‘local’ repair service. Highly recommend!

Steve’s service and expertise was like a breath of fresh air in this time of corporate mediocrity. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He followed up each step and problem solved. He also had great tips for better function of my fridge freezer. I would recommend this business without hesitation!!!!
