I called on Tuesday to inquire about a repair for my dryer. To my surprise and delight, they asked if I would like them to come out the next day. Nick and Craig came at the expected time, asked me to describe the problem and then went to work solving the issue! They explained what part was needed and the labor required. They had my dryer up and purring again in no time. They vacuumed all the lint/ dust under and behind and lastly, went outside to check the exterior vent’s air movement! Our oven wasn't working correctly - called for an evaluation and Ian was the tech that arrived - on time - and he spent a significant time evaluating the operation of the unit. Unfortunately the control board is defective and is out of stock for replacement. Ian was very good at his job - spent a lot of effort making sure of the evaluation - and gave us some recommendations of what his "best" manufactures are for a new unit. Thanks to Ian and his company for doing a a great job!!

Mike did a fantastic job for us on our zline oven. Fixed the faulty part and went above and beyond and found a solution for the poor design to stop the horrendous vibration nosie. Will definitely use them again.
