The staff is AMAZING and the fact that they have several specialists for allergy, asthma and immunology under one roof is incredibly helpful. Not to mention they have a full infusion center as well! Definitely exceptional care!
I love this place! Such a happy peaceful vibe when I walk in every morning once a month for my infusions. They make the process so smooth comfortable you feel very much at home! They are very aware of your medical history so no need to worry about anything. The staff is so sweet! All the girls are always smiling laughing happy! I can’t say enough good things about the doctors. I am seen bye immunology and neurology and both are amazing. This is a great place guys. I definitely recommend.
Doctors are great. Billing, not so much. I have consistently had billing issues with this place, including having to prove to three different people that I had paid a balance off, and then more recently getting double-charged for not one but TWO separate appointments, three months apart. Seriously, if you can get past the poor billing practices, the doctors here are great. But expect a fight every other time you go in. Thank goodness I keep immaculate records.
