I have just begun seeing Dr. Douthit. I came to this practice after the doctor I had been seeing, for more than a decade, suddenly passed away. I am so pleased with this practice.
As a new patient, I am in the middle of complex medical issues. Dr. Douthit and his staff are amazing. The staff are responsive to my needs and follow through in a way. I have never seen in medical practices in my adult life. This is old fashioned healthcare, in the best way! The doctor calls me himself with test results. I had a GREAT first experience with Dr. Douthit and his staff. My employer recently changed insurance companies and I needed to find a new physician. Luckily I was referred to Dr. Douthit, and I'm so happy I was! You can tell he really cares about his patients, and goes above and beyond to address any concerns you might have, and really takes the time to talk through things with you and answer any questions. Which is extremely refreshing compared to a lot of other healthcare providers where you're kind of just treated as another number & hustled in and out.
