Phones are starting to get better, able to access more on follow my health and can communicate with providers and schedule our own appointments if needed. Requested for reminder texts with their new system. It’s a work in progress, but it’s a huge turn around at Horizon now that It switched over to Optum/New West. They have a great staff team and remodeled office at the Thornton office. Getting better care than before. I feel they actually care for our needs. We’re able to go through Optum across the board. The Green valley office closed, but they have another office in Aurora and through out Colorado.
