I had the pleasure of meeting Aaron one of the techs today. He was cleaning the neighbors carpet, dryer vent and air ducks. I asked if he could do mine after. Unfortunately Aaron said no because he had a neither appointment. Aaron said he could stop by after later in the day. About :45 min later I received a text asking if Alex could stop by instead. Alex was very professional and I thought very thorough rehooked up our dryer better than it was when he arrived. I will call them next time we need this service. Thank you
We just had matty’s carpet cleaning out to our house and they did a great job at a surprisingly low price. Our dog was on some medication and had a few accidents on our upstairs carpet, no smell or staining after Alex cleaned the carpets. Alex communicated the process clearly and did a great job.
Aaron was very helpful to troubleshoot what the best protocol should be and went above and beyond to make sure it was the best for my one area of concern.
