“I met Cliff in the park in Telluride and he showed me the studio. I took Yvonne's class the next day and loved it. I do a lot of hard labor working on the mountain and this is just what I need a couple of days per week to keep my shoulder and upper back loose and mobile. Very friendly people, great teachers, and beautiful studio. They provide everything you need. This is accessible to everyone and I highly recommend this place and method of yoga.“
