Today was my first yoga experience and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. The yogi (Bri N.) made the class comfortable for all levels. The space was clean and comfortable and the coffee shop was ready for a nice boost after the session. Definitely recommend.
This yoga studio is amazing! The class was so relaxing and reviving — it was the perfect amount of movement and breathing. Raven was an incredible teacher. I’d highly recommend this studio to anyone passing through Telluride :)
Incredible studio and class (Lava Flow)While traveling, this studio felt like a home studio. The class with Annika was so dynamic, but deeply rooted in the fundamentals of asana and philosophical teachings of the practice. Thank you Mangala!
