My goodness, what a great experience. Enver came to our home to pick up some pretty dirty rugs (thanks to our 4 legged family member). He took the time to talk to us about where and how our rugs were made. I also happened to have a small Navajo rug I'd inherited. It had been demolished by moths, was not in great shape, and I couldn't really display it. He took it with him and told me he'd be able to make it look better. The result was fantastic! It does indeed look MUCH, MUCH better, and I'll be able to display it now. Our rugs came back bright and soft and clean. He was able to resolve some color run on my favorite rug.
