Update: There was a bit of a hiccup with the scheduling at first, but they got on it right away and took care of it. The carpet looks clean.

I appreciate them making things right.

I scheduled a carpet shampooing and never called or showed up
I called and was told it was rescheduled and that they would call after confirming with their team.
And never got a call back.
This was extremely inconvenient because I could of went with a real professional company instead of waisting a day especially with the time constraints during my move out.

Steam Pro was fast, affordable, and very easy to work with. They were able to schedule around our schedule and Lou is an absolute wizard when it comes to cleaning carpets and getting stains out. We could not have been any happier with the work he did! And absolute pro and very friendly guy. We had over 2000 sq ft cleaned.

Lou did a fantastic job! It was a big lift with all that was in our carpets and now they look and smell great. Would definitely recommend!
