Update: There was a bit of a hiccup with the scheduling at first, but they got on it right away and took care of it. The carpet looks clean.
I appreciate them making things right.
I scheduled a carpet shampooing and never called or showed up
I called and was told it was rescheduled and that they would call after confirming with their team.
And never got a call back.
This was extremely inconvenient because I could of went with a real professional company instead of waisting a day especially with the time constraints during my move out.
