I was getting a swamp cooler removal where it was located on the side of my house.
The swamp cooler was 15 feet off the ground. They removed it and did an amazing job patching the hole on the outside. They also patched the area in my living room where the swamp cooler came into. Not only dod they patch it. They also put in the required insulation needed.

I am very pleased with the work. They have a customer now and in the future if anything else come up regarding any home repairs or renovations.

“Ceiling light fixture circuit between two wall switches was failing due to worn 37 year old wall switches, tested and replaced. Also installed new outlet in kitchen area for laser printer, wired through the wall from living room existing outlet. Also included whole home “free” inspection and recommended various changes and upgrades. Zach’s work and inspection was top notch 100% but cost seemed a bit high for services rendered; as were other companies in past years; also payment receipt was not itemized. Timely response, good communication and explanation of tech issues.“

“I contacted Sin Jac Electric to evaluate an electrical outlet that start smoking. Matt, their master electrician, said he could check all the outlets and switches to identify and fix the problem, replacing them only if needed. This was quite different from the advice from an another company, which tried to sell me a whole new electrical panel, which Matt said I did not need. Would highly recommend them for their competence, honesty and reasonable prices.“
