The Estimate process was excellent: Drew responded to my query promptly, came onsite and discussed the job. It was everything I needed to understand the job scope, but as important: Drew demonstrated he understood the scope of what I wanted completely. Drew promptly provided an estimate that evening. The estimate was very competitive and the job was scheduled promptly and performed as scheduled; Drew and his team arrived on time fully prepared to complete the job which they did in one day. Drew handled the permitting and arranged the final inspection by Douglas County. The inspector commented on the great workmanship.
The other two estimates I had
1) via Xcel website – I felt like I was dealing with an AI BOT, that had me upload photographs of the house with my Iphone – even after all that the propsal came back had errors(twice) and clauses the price may change when they come on site.
2) Via my Solar system Company – pretty much than same non-human/send us photos experience as via the Xcel option. I felt like someone was plugging my info into an AI BOT.
Call me old fashioned, but I want to meet the contractor and discuss the job, not the long-distanced internet no human experience.
I highly recommend Parks Electric. Drew and his team met my needs exactly.
