“On the day of the quote meeting, Chris, was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable and sociable. We were looking to add an outdoor light (over the bbq area) and 6 outlets to our porch that will soon be enclosed and become a sunroom. He offered 3 quote variants which was great and offered some services that I ended up wanting beyond the job itself.On each day of the install, Chris and Daulton, showed up promptly at 8am, walked through the job again (on day 1), and got right to work. They were very respectful of the space, very polite, cleaned up as they went, answered questions that I had, and were willing (and able) to engage in small talk (not something that is very common with a lot of service folks these days).They cared a lot about my satisfaction with the job and made sure that it was exactly what I wanted before they left. Overall, they did a FANTASTIC job, and I will not hesitate to call them again for any electrical needs in the future. “My A/C went out and I waited four days for another company to get to me, then they said it wasn't the air conditioner but an electrical problem and they were not electricians. I called Tim at DG&S and he came out the next day. I wasn't home but he diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and I had A/C back again in about an hour. Tim was responsive, thorough, quick and fairly priced. Next time I have an electrical issue, I'll be calling DG&S (and Tim).“

“After calling a dozen different companies and having them either never get back to me or just not show up, I managed to get in touch with Jered. He was friendly and knowledgeable over the phone and was able to schedule an appointment within just a few short days. The work involved mounting a large lcd tv parallel to a vaulted ceiling. However, when Jered realized the mount I had purchased wouldn't work, rather than reschedule as most companies would, he got on the phone to troubleshoot the problem. He then spent the next few hours coming up with a solution and geting all the necessary materials. Despite the unexpected problems, he got everything done done perfectly that day, and when I needed to exchange the tv the following week, he went out of his way to come back twice, once to remove the old tv and a second time to put up the new one. I couldn't be more pleased with his work, especially considering how reasonable the cost was. I wish I'd called him first and saved myself the headache.“

He spent extra time during our quote tracking down the cable for an old dryer plug to see if it could be reused (it was mysteriously cut behind a wall).We ultimately needed a new cable to the breaker for the installation and he was able to install it and the charger within a couple hours. The service was competitively priced and we're very happy with the result!“
