“Promise Electric responded very quickly and professionally to my request. While purchasing an electric vehicle, I just needed someone to verify that home charging would be possible. I called a number of electricians who couldn’t get out to me that day. At promise, Marcus was able to let me know via texting him a few pictures of my electrical box. He saved the day. He also gave me a quote from the photos and got me on the schedule. A week later and I’m charging my car at home. Thx guys!“

“After calling a dozen different companies and having them either never get back to me or just not show up, I managed to get in touch with Jered. He was friendly and knowledgeable over the phone and was able to schedule an appointment within just a few short days. The work involved mounting a large lcd tv parallel to a vaulted ceiling. However, when Jered realized the mount I had purchased wouldn't work, rather than reschedule as most companies would, he got on the phone to troubleshoot the problem. He then spent the next few hours coming up with a solution and geting all the necessary materials. Despite the unexpected problems, he got everything done done perfectly that day, and when I needed to exchange the tv the following week, he went out of his way to come back twice, once to remove the old tv and a second time to put up the new one. I couldn't be more pleased with his work, especially considering how reasonable the cost was. I wish I'd called him first and saved myself the headache.“
