+Accurate pick-up schedule for our weekly service. +Able to provide extra pickups as requested though there is a time-lag for that to happen. +WM emails for holiday, etc. pickup changes in advance. -But trying to resolve issues by phone is problematic at best. -Very long holds, transferred calls that don't ever connect to the right department. -Information errors from Customer Service. Their service is pricey! They are a very large and operate in many states...which might be some of the reason for the pricing. They are a publicly traded corporation with shareholders to take care of.

WM's service has been on point every week. The empty trash container is always placed back near the fence which keeps it out of the road if the wind decides to knock it over. Very pleased with WM.

Communication of change in pick up prompt gives time to make other arrangements if needed when a holiday falls within normal pick up day.Have never missed a day and never a problem with trash being spilled during pick up.
