I could not recommend David enough!!!!! My MacBook Air basically died and was not responding to anything. I called David and within a few short minutes he talked me through the problem, we troubleshot it and we did some resets and I am typing this review on my once defunct laptop so you see it went well. Phil P.I take both my MacBook Pro and iPAD to the iDoctor at least once a year for recommended service and make a special visit whenever I think a virus has made a mess of the machine. Dave and Steve are excellent at diagnoses and can remedy any issue rapidly. They are both very personable and can walk you through a list of questions that make it obvious to them what is causing the problem. I highly recommend The iDoctor.
