We were very impressed by Salida Stove and Spa with our recent purchase and installation of a gas fireplace insert.
The sales process was quite helpful without any pressure. They have a number of working systems in the store to evaluate. The final price was very competitive. Jim, the owner, stopped by our place for a site survey and to estimate installation time and costs. He addressed our concerns, offered options, and explained how the installation would be performed. The final installation went smoothly. It was as expected, on schedule, and within the expected timeframe. The installers took time to make sure we knew how to use all of the features.

She was over top with patience, response time to questions, and gathering information So many things to choose from at Salida Store & Spa.
