Asked them to come help fix a frozen backflow preventer. They said they would call me the following week. Three weeks later I now have more damage to my irrigation system, and they just told me to call someone else. I wish they would have just told me they were not going to help originally, and I could have found someone else before more damage was done.

Called on the morning before thanksgiving day and there was a message saying they were gone for the holiday but if you had an emergency to leave a message for them which I did. I never received even a call back.

Can't say enough good things re this family owned company. Salida is so lucky to have their expertise. They quickly came out to fix my leak, were smart, kind, respectful, identified the problem and fixed it in less than an hour--even stopping to change my whole house water filter for me. All for an incredible price. We have had many homes and plenty of plumbing needs all over the country--never been as impressed as I am with Argus Plumbing. They have my strongest recommendation!
