Great work and diagnosis from the techs. They were able to get my laptop running smoothly and faster. Also patiently answered my questions and were very helpful for future options I may need to look at. i would highly recommend them. Thanks for the great service and patience you showed me.
Took my laptop to them. I thought it was done, so just wanted then try & get my pictures, etc off my hard drives. They did get my hard drives baked up, but they also breathed new life into my 6 yr old laptop. They got it up & running good as new. Very happy with their work & how fast they got it done. Would definitely use them again for any of my computer problems.
Fair prices, especially compared to the prices Apple was offering to fix my computer. They explained what they needed to do and the potential outcomes with two different devices I brought to them. They even gave me some great advice on what to do with an old laptop that was not worth fixing anymore. I appreciate them answering all my questions.
