Dr. Aragon has a wonderful bedside manner and was familiar with my rare illness and the medications I cannot take because of it. He was extremely helpful and the staff were all so kind and wonderful!

I came to be seen for a cold and I had lost my voice so clearly I couldn’t speak as loud as I wanted to. The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and continued to roll her eyes because I kept having to repeat my date of birth because I wasn’t able to speak as loud. I have been a patient at this urgent care for a while and I had told her that I need to update my information because I got married and had to change my last name and insurance. She then cut me off to say that I wasn’t a patient at this urgent care and talked to me as if I was stupid saying “you have never been to this location” to which my reply was “yes ma’am I have, I was here not even a month ago”...read full review

Saw Harry for an ear infection. Nurse asked a TON of questions which was AWESOME and different for Pueblo. Harry was so friendly and thorough. God bless you guys. No other place in this city treats me like a human.
