About Urgent Care - Southern Colorado Clinic
The Urgent Care - Southern Colorado Clinic provides a mixed experience for patients. While Dr. Aragon is praised for his excellent bedside manner and familiarity with rare illnesses, the clinic has faced issues with staff at the reception desk. Some patients have reported feeling unwelcome and poorly treated, especially those with difficulties speaking loudly. However, recent reviews highlight positive experiences with the staff. One patient mentioned that the waiting times were very good, with about 45 minutes in the waiting room and 20 minutes in the exam room, which is considered fabulous for urgent care. The staff was described as friendly, professional, and fun, with one patient noting that they helped keep a feral toddler distracted, making the visit more comfortable. Overall, the Urgent Care - Southern Colorado Clinic seems to have a friendly and helpful staff, though there are concerns about customer service and patient treatment.
Rosalyn Walker is a criminal. She lied and said I refused an injection of testosterone. She didn't take care of a prior authorization in a timely manner. She avoided me when I was just there to support my fiance in her appointment who's intellectual disabled. This caused her student to not fill my fiance's medication. When she does something wrong she'll avoid you like the plague. I asked for her number to report to the physician board and they refused and told me I am no longer welcome at their practice. Valerie told me that it didn't say anything about me refusing an injection of testosterone in my file on a recorded call. She was screwing up on the prior auth and offered me one in office, I just said and I quote " sure, how will that work next time? Well I do it myself or come back to the office? she replied " let's just leave it how it is" then the Medicaid report comes back saying that I refused an injection. she is a liar. I called her office to talk to someone about it and Valerie just said well did anything happen because of it? or something like that... The point is this is a medical professional being extremely dishonest. keep in mind all of this caused her to have her student come in only when she was supposed to come in for the second half of the appointment, which messed up of referral for my fiance and her medication. Stay away from these crooks. Oh and the doctors own the place; direct complaints to the state medical board. They'll lie, do illegal things, kick you out of the practice.
I saw Danielle Kizzie. She was kind & knowledgeable. They helped keep my feral toddler distracted & it was much appreciated. Too soon to tell much of anything else, but pleasant staff is a good start!
Great place to go. Fast and friendly
