They did some alright work for me when they actually showed up, although they broke one of my deep watering pipes for my trees and didn't say anythingabout it. Then, I needed more work, as mine was a multi-stage plan, and when I called I was told I would be added to the schedule. I then called again after not hearing anything for about a month and again, I was told I was being added to the schedule. It's now been a year and I haven't heard a word from them. Pretty terrible customer service. The two stars are for the little bit of decent work the did for me when they showed up. They haven't earned any more than that. I do not recommend this business.

I previously used T&M and dropped their services for some time after some issues we had with the front office. After bouncing around to a few different companies in the area, I reached out to T&M again and found out they had made quite a few changes and we are pleased to say that they have been servicing our yards again for the last few months! I am more than pleased with the addition of a few new office staff members, and the mechanics really helped me with some issues I had with equipment! 10 out of 10... would recommend!

I had a very good experience with T&M Landscaping; I found the office help to go above and beyond to help us and to keep us abreast of schedules. A few times they did show up later then expected but I'm sure it was just due to scheduling issues. I am very happy with the job they did on the outside of my basement; now I'm just waiting for it to rain hard so I can go downstairs and surprise myself by not seeing any water!
