I was having mouth pain and this office was able to get me in for an emergency appointment. The office staff are always so welcoming and always make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. The dentist does not rush you and he explains thoroughly so you are able to understand.
Staff is very nice and attentive. My questions and concerns were addressed immediately. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my cleaning. Absolutely would recommend to friends and family.
I have never been more comfortable at a dentist office as I had been at Steel City Dental. From the front desk to the staff in back, everyone was amazing because they treated me like I was one of them and not just another problem.
