Receptionist noted in my child’s file that she attempted to call and couldn’t leave a voicemail because I didn’t have one set up when I arrived to my child’s appointment at 6:40 am a lady attending the desk read the note aloud to me. I immediately doubleChecked my call log and voicemail and showed her I didn’t have a missed call or voicemail and confirmed. I did, indeed have a voicemail set. she then proceeded to tell me there wasn’t anything she could do my child was taking out of the system and she was just reading the notes. I give them zero stars. My daughter went in to get two teeth pulled and another tooth adjusted. When they were done with her she was screaming and crying in pain then three weeks later I took her to her dentist to get her teeth cleaned and find out the oral surgeon never did anything to adjust my daughter tooth .So I switched dentists and now I have to go find another oral surgeon who can do their job instead of collecting a few dollar's.And I also found out they messed up my aunt mouth as well after I took my daughter there . And I also found out that this dentist is just a dentist he is not a oral surgeon like he says I hope this place gets closedown

So my son was supposed to get some caps on his teeth and where we live it would take until next year to get him in, they referred us to this place to get it done faster and of course I scheduled him in. It was a day before I(the mother)was supposed to drive two hours away to come and have him be put to sleep because he’s only 3. I had trying calling this place all day to see if I can reschedule him in or maybe ask a question if whether or not it was okay to have my son come in with a slight cough. Yes we did get tested for Covid but as a mother I was concerned about the cough(with mucus from previous cold) and him being put to sleep was okay or not. No answers throughout...read full review
