Do not go here. This has been a very disappointing experience. Dr. Ragulsky never did my fillings correctly — they repeatedly fell out and had to be redone. The office also changed my appointments multiple times, and when I couldn’t make one of the new times they scheduled, I was told I could no longer be seen as a patient. I used to see his father, who was an excellent dentist, but since he retired and his son took over, the quality of care has gone downhill. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

I have been visiting this dentist for many years, they have ALWAYS been wonderful about accomodating my disabilities. I have asked for work not covered and they did everything they could to save teeth and limit unnecessary work, so I wouldn't have to pay extra. I trust them, they listen and never had an uncomfortable encounter.

I have been going to Dr. Ragulsky and now his son for over 20 + years. I am always greeted with a smile from the front desk and the care has been awesome. Very friendly, professional, and funny as well. My mom has also been their patient for just as long. They always ask about her when I have an appointment. Truly enjoy their services and caring attitude!!!

They replaced all of my fillings. I trusted them but in retrospect, I believe the work was unnecessary.

Why do they say they will except emergency appointments and then you call and the lady is totally rude

No realizing equipments very old after getting my teeth clean from someone else ,,, other Dr did much better job . . Very thankful I want somewhere else again never go to a dentist when he's on vacation . Still and shocked that they gave me a bill that large for seeing just a hygienist cleaning . And realizing I should've had x-rays but because he was on vacation again no .

Beware! I went here when I was on Medicaid and could not see my longtime dentist. Sandalwood told me I had 6 cavities that needed immediate filling based on my x-rays and they scheduled me for those appointments. I had an icky feeling and turns out I was right. Upon getting better insurance and going back to my tried and true dentist I don't have a single cavity. Seems that this practice may like to milk Medicaid patients.

I Live in Tennesse, my daughter came in today an saw the dentist! She had infection in her teeth an instead of giving her antibotics they chose to go ahead an try to give her numbing meds that didn't not work!!!Then chose to do root canal! He ask did she want to do the second she said no an he did it anyway!!!!by the time she got to her car she was crying uncontrollably an had to put her head between her legs I live in Tennessee. I called there office? Why would you let a patient leave in that condition to drive???REALLY!! I AM OUTRAGED!!! To think you make your patients go thru this an send her outside to drive! She barely made it to call me!! I I don't understand why not give her antibotics an wait til infection is gone !!!

Very happy with this dentist. It was my first time here and they did a great job understanding my needs, very professional. I've been to other dentist (CD) and they did a horrible job and even told me I needed things done, when I didn't. I will always be coming here from now on. if you're looking for a great dentist this is the place!!
