Royal Electrical and Hvac sys, did great for me and my wife. Phil was there for us immediately upon us requesting needed services. The team that did the work, are outstanding young men. House was hit by lightning, knocking out water pump, among other things. Royal and son made a special side trip to Trinidad to assess and fix the problem. They will be back to provide more protection, in the event such severe weather should cause future problems. I will definitely call them in the future.
Air conditioner malfunctioning. Called Royal electric. After a very thorough check from their technician, it was determined we needed a new unit. After a bit of a snafu getting an estimate, Owner Royal Trivett found out we had yet to get an estimate and showed up at our door less than an hour after our call. He asset the situation and we had a unit installed by 2pm the same day. Jordan the installer was pleasant and efficient. He installed the unit quickly in horrible hot weather. Thank you!
