I would have loved to give this florist 5 stars! I ordered online for a hospital order on a Friday afternoon. I understand why it wasn't delivered Friday or Saturday. But I had to call Monday afternoon and ask them to deliver it ASAP or the patient would be going home. They apologized and delivered it right away. However, it was also supposed to be a plant with balloons and a get well message to cheer the patient up. When it arrived at the room, it was sadly lacking in any cheer. The plant was healthy enough, but no ribbon, no balloons or anything else on the plant.

Absolutely wonderful experience. We initially went with an online order through some company and they delayed our delivery at the last minute. River Walk stepped right in and helped us make this day special for my son's girlfriend. Thank you for helping him share his love. This will be the first call I make when I need flowers delivered again!

I'm from out of state and was ordering flowers for my mother in law. I was initially very frustrated by a lack of confirmation and a late delivery without any notification.I get that stuff happens and they made it right, so that works for me.
