I ordered sympathy flowers online for a friend and her family after her father died. They didn't receive their flowers on the day I selected, nor the next day. I called the shop and the woman who answered was sweet and rectified the situation immediately, without hesitation, by confirming the recipient would be home and by sending another order. I was happy to hear the recipient loves the arrangement.

Highly impressed with this florist! The flowers were extremely fresh, beautifully arranged, and perfectly matched my request for a special occasion. The staff were polite, helpful, and offered great suggestions to make the bouquet even better. Pricing was fair and the service was quick and reliable. The arrangement stayed fresh for many days. I would gladly order again.

I would have loved to give this florist 5 stars! I ordered online for a hospital order on a Friday afternoon. I understand why it wasn't delivered Friday or Saturday. But I had to call Monday afternoon and ask them to deliver it ASAP or the patient would be going home. They apologized and delivered it right away. However, it was also supposed to be a plant with balloons and a get well message to cheer the patient up. When it arrived at the room, it was sadly lacking in any cheer. The plant was healthy enough, but no ribbon, no balloons or anything else on the plant.
