We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house! Don't ask! Louie from Racine's came and was able to help us re-key our doors so that one key opens all! He was out there in miserable weather, but got the job done joyfully. I would definitely highly recommend this company and Louie.

Alexander and Julio spent a hot summer afternoon working on a frozen lock on my camper door. Finally ended up drilling it out. They wouldn't take payment for their labor. It's a European lock so I've ordered a new one from the the manufacturer. Best customer service ever.

Got an exotic key copied with no problem. If they can't do it no one in Pueblo can do it. Another customer got a car key repaired while I waited and the price was very reasonable.
