A good place to bring your pets. Staff is friendly and helpful, reasonable prices. Veterinarians really care about your pets. But the manager is rude, likes to argue and get in your face. The thing she seems to care about more is the money. Used to be my number one place to bring my pets, but for this reason, I give this place three stars.
I’ve taken my 3 dogs here for many years. All of the doctors and assistants have been great. I see reviews about the front desk workers being rude, but I think that they are simply straight forward to get a difficult and busy job done. Every time I’ve come in they’ve treated me with the utmost respect, even in the case of an emergency. They keep things clean and affordable. They’ve always been attentive and thorough. I appreciate the difficult job you guys do!
Great place! Only took my dog there twice so far, but the employees were all professional despite the complaints about them! (Even the front desk person who has the most complaints seemed nice to chico). Only 4 stars right now because I'm not sure if they do rats and my pet rat willow needs an emergency visit, shes unfortunately not a patient but it's seriously bad. Other than that fear, lovely place!
