Richard called to confirm he could show up earlier than the time quoted. With an ac unit not blowing cold air, I was excited he could be here early. Very kind, went right to work, showed me and explained what needed to be done. In talking with him, he has 19 years experience. AC unit up and running, blowing cold air before he left. In my case, all done in about an hour. Highly recommend! Will use again in the future for sure. Thanks Richard!
