I have had to take several pets there for cremation. We had older pets and 3 died within 6 months, its been mentally and spiritually difficult. My last pet was my best friend and companion, Sophie (dog). I collapsed in grief and they were professional, patient, compassionate. They cremate the pets alone so that you know you are getting your pets actual ashes, so it can take a few weeks. They tell you this up front.
