Beware!! This company is full of excuses, I wish I would have read the reviews before hiring. They are not timely, they don't show up when they say they are. Louis is always leaving the job because either he forgot something or the supply company gave him the wrong parts, sometimes he wouldn't come back and then I might get a text the next day that some emergency job came up. I learned a big lesson, Always read the reviews!! So disappointed, and never an apology. I now have to hire another company to come fix what he couldn't.

Changed axel bearings and oiled. Price for parts and labor $265.00 Terms and conditions: Can only give a 30 day warranty on work performed in unit snd not unit itself due to unit being more than 20 years' old. Unit needs an entire breakdown import replacement or the entire unit needs replacing. Tricia here us the invoice where it clearly says we stated you need a new unit $265.00 is due upon receipt

BEWARE!! Originally hired to service my Swamp Cooler, then after he arrived, he told me he could replace my sump pump, which I needed so I agreed. As with all the other reviews, he kept leaving because he forgot parts, or the supply store gave him the wrong parts, he wouldn't return when he said he was going to. Didn't even have a ladder and knew he was there to look at the swamp cooler on the roof. So highly disappointed. Brought a guy who Luis told me himself thought he was on drugs, dropped his tools on the stairs and almost hit me, Luis did leave with this guy and did not bring him back, told me he fired him after that incident.
