My dog injested a large amount of rat poison. It was priceless that the vet rushed back from lunch and made full services available to save her life. They prepared a full treatment description for my regular vet and followed up with me, despite the fact I live 2 hours from Pueblo. Very grateful for all the kindness and care!

Dr Goode and the receptionist Yolanda are very kind and compassionate. Dr Goode is knowledgeable and takes time to explain what and why he's doing something and allows you time to ask questions.

Went in to ask a simple question about a prescription for my dog that I've been taking there for a while and was immediately given an attitude and some weird excuse about why i couldn't get my pets heart guard unless I purchased through them. The way the doctor came out and talked to me was extremely rude as was the receptionist. I told them I no longer want services from them and will be going to another vet. Very unprofessional and condescending plus their prices are outrageous. I wish I never brought my pet here.
