In response to an uncomfortable week-long problem of not having any hot water, David Kittle from Flow Right came to correct the difficulty last Saturday morning. He arrived promptly and went directly to work. He explained what was wrong as he was progressing through the repair. Once he corrected the original problem, he identified a secondary situation that prevented the heater from working and had not been recognized previously. Then he fixed it as well.

Had in issue with our water pressure tank recently. Flow Right came out and diagnosed the issue and fixed it within an hour. The technician that came out was really knowledgeable and very nice. We’ve been using Flow Right for over three years now and have been impressed with all the work that they have done.
Thanks for the assist, twice this week guys. Alejandro was wonderful. He apologized for having to come back again. It was not his fault AT ALL though, but that just made me feel better. He asked a lot of great questions and we think we have solved our issues. He checked everything like 17 times too!! I really feel/hope like the issue is resolved. If it isn't, I will be asking for him to come back.
I definitely didn't wake up to a flood this morning, so that's a great start to the day already. Thanks for always coming to the rescue flow right!
