Based on the reviews, Do Rite Cleaners is a hidden gem with amazing customer service. The lady that runs the place is amazing, friendly, and has an amazing memory. She did an amazing job cleaning a letterman jacket for a decent price, making it look like new. The staff is very efficient, welcoming, and friendly, providing excellent customer service. They offer great work on alterations and dry cleaning, fixing suit pants that were thought unfixable. They also provide great quality, taking the time to really work on getting stains out of clothes. However, they could not dry clean a suit for two weeks, causing a customer to find another shop. Overall, customers highly recommend them and say you won't regret it.
