Cut Rate has been servicing our 40+ year old home for over 6 years now. Due to the age of the home, we have had recurrent problems and they have been so patient to work with us over the years.
All of their technicians are always very helpful and informative. Courtney in the office is wonderful! She is always very ensures they get a technician out to our home as soon as able. Anytime we’ve had concerns or questions they’ve always been addressed quickly.
Dan was out to service the house today. He was thorough, patient, informative and went out of his way to ensure the most current issue was addressed completely.
We highly recommend their services and ask for Dan when you call! He does a great job!
