I had a broken plastic fitting in a brass fitting. They remove the broken plastic piece, chased the brass threads to straighten them, and made sure another connection was secure. They actually did work that cost them money, I didn’t have to buy 2 new brass fittings! They will do right by you, not their wallet.
Let's be honest, they're fricken cool people. They've helped me over the years with everything plumbing related: sprinklers, toilets, swamper, you name it and they've helped me.
They're also very cool people. I go in and they're always joking around. They have a sweet ass dog that's got to be 200 lbs with a funny name. It actually almost ate my chihuahua a few years back.
They really know what they are doing and have saved me tons of money by showing me how to do it myself. Without them, i would have paid 10s of thousands if i had to hire it out. infinitely more helpful. I'll always shop there no matter what.
