After 5 years as a patient of Dr. Erica Valdez, I can honestly say she has been one of the most caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable doctors I have ever had. She always took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and make me feel valued as a patient.

Her staff has also been exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Every visit was a positive experience because of the kindness and dedication of everyone in the office.

While I am saddened to see Dr. Valdez close her practice, I am incredibly grateful for the excellent care she provided over the years. She has made a lasting impact on my health and well-being, and I will truly miss her and her wonderful team.

Thank you, Dr. Valdez and staff, for five years of outstanding care. I wish you all the very best in your future endeavors. ❤

Used to be good, but now that they are switching to a completely different business with very little notice, they staff are rude and unhelpful. They refused to see any existing patients and claim they can't do anything 45 days after they sent out their letter. Newsflash! None of my family that were patients here got the letter 45 days ago. We got our letters 2 weeks into May and the post office has them dated for May 9th (here's the math, thats 18 days from May 9th to today May 27th). Don't even bother trying to call them, they don't answer their phones and their answering machine is always full. Used to be good, but now forget it.

My daughter’s first visit everything seemed to be thorough . Then we had to redo a blood test , that didn’t bother me I understand labs can say hey not enough blood . So they were great about making it convenient and sent the order to where it was easier for us. It’s been a month and I have not heard of the results on one of my daughters test and I’ve left numerous messages . I’m not seeing missed calls from the office number . One of receptionist is sassy and rude . Guess what my daughter is still sick and we have no answers !

Update: Proactive with my concern and finding a solution .

Erika is the best care provider I've ever had! I even moved out of town and still keep her as my physician because she's so great

Do not just walk away if you are a patient here, RUN! The poorest service ever but what's truly pathetic is the hostile angry bedside manner of Ericka. If she is healthcare in America today we are in so much trouble. Not only unwilling to discuss treatments that do not include tossing pills at people, she's completely unaware of current helpful treatments that are non hormone based. No one to complain to, there is no Dr that oversees her sorry care. It's a sham of a healthcare practice ran by a less than caring crew and I hope they get shutdown.

Probably the rudest receptionist I've ever met in my life. Basically told me she doesn't want to deal with it I should go to the hospital

Having attitude, sighing to see your patients, and being rude isn't professional. I called ahead of time asking if I need to make an appointment to have forms filled out. The front desk is who made my appointment and when I asked if I did need to make an appointment they said yes. If they told me no than I wouldn't have made an appointment but there was other concerns I had. There's no communication between staff which the doctor's get mad at patients because we are told something different by staff than what the doctors tell us.

After Dr Hynes left, this practice is a joke. You can’t get medications refilled in a timely manner and the nurse practitioner gave me inaccurate information twice. I do not trust them and buyer beware!
