After 5 years as a patient of Dr. Erica Valdez, I can honestly say she has been one of the most caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable doctors I have ever had. She always took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and make me feel valued as a patient.

Her staff has also been exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Every visit was a positive experience because of the kindness and dedication of everyone in the office.

My daughter’s first visit everything seemed to be thorough . Then we had to redo a blood test , that didn’t bother me I understand labs can say hey not enough blood . So they were great about making it convenient and sent the order to where it was easier for us. It’s been a month and I have not heard of the results on one of my daughters test and I’ve left numerous messages . I’m not seeing missed calls from the office number . One of receptionist is sassy and rude . Guess what my daughter is still sick and we have no answers !

Update: Proactive with my concern and finding a solution .

Doctor Hynes is a terrific doctor and one of the nicest people you will ever meet; it is very frustrating however that it seems he's hardly ever available to be seen unless you are willing to wait anywhere from 2-3 months out or more. Thus leaving you at the hands of the nurse practitioner's availability. Not to be misunderstood however, she is very skilled at her job and does her best to help you with your problems but the doctor not easily being available can be very disappointing and annoying at times.
